Lead UX Designer for Cashflow Monitor and Connected Apps
Cashflow Monitor enables Business Banking customers to visualize and project their cash flow, account balances, and key expenses directly from the banking dashboard—integrated not just with Bank of America, but across other major financial institutions as well. The Connected Apps feature links existing subscriptions to leading business tools like QuickBooks and ADP Payroll, centralizing data from multiple accounts to deliver richer, real-time business insights.

Associate Designer for Payments and Invoicing
Payments and Invoicing is Bank of America’s modern real-time solution designed for managing inbound and outbound transactions seamlessly across desktop and mobile platforms. Setting itself apart from traditional payment systems, it enables users to pay bills using digital methods or checks, create, send, and track invoices and payments, receive digital payments from customers, and synchronize data with widely used accounting tools like QuickBooks and Xero.

UX Design for Liquor.com
I led the user experience design for Liquor.com, expanding its reach to mobile platforms. Over a five-year period, this evolution contributed to its growth from 1 million to 40 million monthly visitors. I also crafted responsive email templates that now engage over 2 million subscribers. Today, Liquor.com stands as the premier digital destination for mixology and cocktail culture, and was acquired by Dotdash—one of the largest digital publishing companies—in October 2019.

Creative Direction for Bacardi
Bacardi collaborated with us to elevate its diverse brand portfolio—including Bombay Sapphire Gin, Cazadores Tequila, Dewar’s Scotch Whisky, D'Usse Cognac, Grey Goose Vodka, Saint Germain Liqueur, and Bacardi Rum. I was the creative director for Bacardi’s digital campaigns, including 'Bacardi Barshift' for print, 'Bacardi Legacy' for promotional events, and 'Bacardi Cocktail Adventures', an immersive experience blending interactive storytelling with mixology education.

At Sapient, we transformed Sony’s legacy marketing and e-commerce platform—serving nearly 400 million annual visitors—into a mobile-first, responsive web experience. The initiative focused on creating a human-centered design that would seamlessly shift in-store engagement to their online retail presence. I assisted with the storyboarding, information architecture, and the design system that promoted consistency and scalability across all Sony digital properties.

Zoove specialized in mobile direct response technology, enabling carriers and brands to deliver content via shortcodes (like **NFL). I authored the brand and usability guidelines for their StarStar product suite and crafted mobile marketing content for leading brands such as ABC Network, Target, NFL, CVS Pharmacy, Lexus, Smirnoff, Disney, Hasbro, BMW, Unilever, and ESPN.

Founded and led the game design team responsible for developing titles across platforms including Nintendo DS, iPhone, Android, and Symbian. As team lead, I oversaw project scheduling, storyboarding, visual development, experience design, and coordination of focus reviews to guide product excellence. Notable releases include Earthworm Jim on Nintendo DS, along with best-selling titles such as New York Nights on iPhone and Android, and Deal or No Deal on Symbian.
